SUMMER EVENTS

I am happy to let you know about our group's ongoing events for our kids this summer:

Special Needs Karate - This is ongoing and takes place at Circle of One Karate, located at 545 Main Street in Islip. We currently have classes on Saturdays at 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm, and are working on getting classes on Wednesday evenings as well. Your child can participate at the significantly discounted rate of $50 a month. If you are interested, please contact Sensei Benny at Circle of One Karate, (631) 846-7867. Benny can set your child up for a free trial class to see which class will be the most appropriate for your child's needs. You may check them out and get directions on their website, circleofoneny.com.

Yoga - Our yoga classes will resume at the beginning of July. More details will follow as soon as we have the schedule ready.

Sailing - Our sailing program begins on Monday, July 6, and will run for eight to nine weeks. As always, the sailing program takes place at Sayville Yacht Club, on Monday evenings from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR THIS EVENT. If you are interested in signing up, or would like further information, please e-mail Linda Woods at lwoods@landandseasportsclub.org. She will be able to sign you up and send you all of the pertinent information/rules. Please note that if you are not already a registered member of our group, you MUST REGISTER before you can participate in the sailing program. Linda will be more than happy to send you a registration form.
